CHAPTER 3 - Lily Creep Plains
*tinkle tinkle*
The tinkling sound of a green shinny small bell swayed in motion around Mika’s neck. Mika who was on a tree innocently looked down at Cremate who was lying on the green grass surrounded by colourful subtle lilies while enjoying the sunny day; breathing in a burst of fresh air scented of lilies with her eyes closed. Its huge hazel eyes targeted on that colourful sprinkled donut in Cremate’s hand and wondered when it will be offered a donut too.
Lily Creep Plains was Cremate’s spot of serenity when she needed to sort her mind out after a battle of trainings in the Arena of Flames. Abruptly, she felt something tickled her nose that made her sneezed out loud involuntarily made her eyes wide open.
*Ahhh… Chooo!!!*
Cremate was annoyed and got to know that It was her own pet Mika that carried a white lily in its mouth tickled Cremate’s nose in hope that she would let go off the delicious donut in her hand.
“Hahaha!!!” laughed someone from afar.
Cremate got up half way, turned around out of curiosity with her hands slightly pressed on the soft green grass with lily petals on it. Mika jumped out of the way with the lily still in its mouth which was bigger than its size.
“Who’s there?” said Cremate out loud. A slim figure with short coloured ash hair slowly disappeared from her sight as it seems to be heading towards the Arc Bridge across the Quill Lake. It was the only way back to Zaldora.
Ah… another passer-by that disturbed my serene moment, Cremate thought to herself and laid back down on the grass until the blinking shimmer light of her wrist device alerted her reading, “Jay ‘s Message” asking her to attend a new quest briefing arranged by Mr. Salvador (Commander of Zaldora)
Cremate quickly chomped down that last piece of donut leaving Mika looking disappointed, lying flat on its stomach
*meowww…..*

Back at Zaldora’s atrium…
“Now… the semester for training each individual skill ends tomorrow. I can see everyone is improving except… ” paused Mr. Salvador looking distracted.
Storm stumbled at the automated entrance and almost tripped, “Woaaww… Sorry Mr.Salvador! I went to the wrong atrium,” Storm smiled sheepishly as everyone turned to look at him.
“Ehem…” Mr Salvador cleared his throat and continued “…except there are some who still needs to be monitored,” while looking at Storm quickly get himself into the group.
“Every group has its own mission. I have discussed with other instructors that it’s time for us to take all the potential ones to a higher level. Isn’t this right Ms Nuvolar?” Mr. Salvador turned to the instructor of fighter.
“Yes, and our principal Madam Snow has agreed upon this assignment and I hope our choice of cadets for this mission will empower their skills further and intelligence entirely,” said Ms. Joe Nuvolar gave Cremate a glance.
“Hey, I heard this time if the selected groups which surpassed this mission will be ranked as an official Vernomia enforcement,” chirped Storm next to Zen.
Zen looked indifferent as what he wanted was to take this mission properly as what the principal of Zaldora and others expected. It was nothing about the rank or the official state enforcement.
“Hush…!” Jae IL’Sung shoved his right elbow to Storm warning him to stay focus.
“So Ziggurrat of Echo is our destination? ” asked Cremate.
“Yes our spacecraft will transport all of you there. will have to reach the Ord Temple in Ziggurat of Echo. The monks will have to arrange your stay there to protect the Preserve Knowledge of gemstones as one has been stolen” said Mr.Salvador.

The team gathered near the Bronze Scythe SES-691 spacecraft. Zen received a message from Mr. Salvador reads,
“The gunner who will be controlling the spacecraft is part of your team too. Best of luck! ~Salvador”
“Easy, just capture that offender and sentence him to penitentiary,” said Jae.
“The monks are not sure about the gender yet since the offender always gets away. So how sure are you that is a “He”? ”said a newcomer.
“Who the hell are you…..?” asked Jae
“I just updated by Mr. Salvador that Tony Lexus will be controlling the spacecraft and being part of our team,” informed Zen.
“What? He’s gonna control this thing?” Storm tossed his bag pack down the metallic seat.
“Well, hell yeah and by the way, my small boobies don’t make me a male Storm” said Tony walking to her main deck controller looking out at the giant windowpanes.
Jae and Storm were froze for a moment and gawked at each other, staring at the ashy hair coloured Tony.
“How the hell she knows my name?” Storm was astounded
“Stop being awkward you both” whispered Cremate. She followed Zen to their seats as the Bronze Scythe pushed off.
Zen just looked annoyed thinking to himself again.
Why can’t all of you just focus on the mission? You people are such nuisance. I wonder how the hell too I can handle all of you. Sigh..!!!
Zen shook his head sighing away.
“What it is Zen?” Cremate was concerned.
“It’s nothing. I’m absolutely looking forward for this mission,” Zen replied.
“You know what she looks familiar,” added Cremate. Most probably that stranger who disturbed my peaceful moments two days back, Cremate thought to herself.
Zen just smiled.
